We are looking for an individual who is willing to be a part of a small, approachable & supportive team, that will commit and own the role. 

 

Ideal candidates within North Western Sydney and previous real estate experience is desirable.

Days per week

Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)

 

Job responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting open homes during the week and on Saturdays
  • Assisting with negotiation of rental agreements and liaising with clients
  • Working in a small team under guidance of a team leader
  • Arrange maintenance on rental properties
  • Arranging and conducting routine inspections and reports
  • Day-to-day assistance to Senior Property Managers and Business Development Manager 

To be considered for the role you need to:

  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Have access to a reliable car and hold comprehensive car insurance 
  • Must hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence or prepared to obtain
