Our Baulkham Hills flagship office is where the Manor story began. Established over 10 years ago, this office has grown from our very first location into the heart of our operations, supporting a team that now serves communities across Sydney's North West. While we've expanded into multiple offices, Baulkham Hills remains the home of Manor's leadership, innovation and commitment to delivering exceptional results with a people-first approach.

Currently, the Grove Square office is home to our Property Management, Marketing & Compliance teams with the sales team moving to our new larger headquarters in Norwest at the end of 2025.
