Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this raffle is Manor Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 610 846 903) trading as Manor Real Estate, located at Shop 34/375–383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDST) on Tuesday 28th of July 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Residents of New South Wales, Australia
  • Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, as well as any agencies associated with this promotion, may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the Promoter.

 

4. Entry Conditions

Entry into the promotion is free.

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the promotional post.
  • Follow Manor Real Estate on the platform where they enter.
  • Submit a video (approximately 30 seconds) nominating a local hero and explaining why they deserve to win.
  • The nominee must reside within the Greater Sydney region.

 

For the purposes of this promotion, "the post" is the one published on @manorrealestate.syd on Instagram or @manorrealestatesydney on Facebook on 4 July 2026.

For the purposes of this promotion, "the Promoter" refers to @manorrealestate.syd on Instagram or @manorrealestatesydney on Facebook.

Participants are limited to one (1) nomination. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

By entering this promotion, entrants confirm they have the nominee's permission to submit their name and story, or reasonably believe the nominee would consent to being contacted should they be selected.

By entering, participants agree to be contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and notifying finalists or winners.

 

5. Information Collected

Participants may be required to provide:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

 

If selected as the winning nominee, additional information may be requested to facilitate prize collection.

Personal information is collected solely for the administration of this promotion and related communications and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

 

6. Prize

The promotion consists of one (1) Manor Local Hero Award valued at $1,000.

The prizes are:

  • A $500 Visa Gift Card awarded to the winning Local Hero.
  • A $500 donation made by Manor Real Estate to the registered Australian charity nominated by the winning Local Hero (or, if the nominated organisation is not a registered charity, another eligible charity agreed upon by the Promoter and winner).

The prizes:

  • Are not transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Visa Gift Card must be collected in person from:

The charitable donation will be made directly by the Promoter and will not be paid to the winner.

 

7. Draw Details

The raffle draw will take place on:

  • Wednesday 29th of July 2026

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by any of the following:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Direct message on the social platform where the entry was made

The winner may also be announced publicly via the Promoter's Social Media Accounts.

By entering, entrants and nominees consent to the Promoter publishing their names, images, submitted video (or excerpts), and social media handles for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

9. Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification.

If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine a new winner.

 

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any:

  • Loss
  • Damage
  • Personal injury

suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues affecting entry submission
  • Incorrect contact details supplied by entrants

 

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits multiple entries
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Acts in a manner deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate

 

12. Promotion Changes

If for any reason the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.

 

13. Privacy

By entering the raffle, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Promoter's website.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

 

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
