1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Manor Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 610 846 903) trading as Manor Real Estate, located at Shop 34/375–383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDST) on Tuesday March 30th 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to:
- Residents of New South Wales, Australia
- Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
- Children under the age of 18 with parental consent
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, as well as any agencies associated with this promotion, may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the Promoter.
4. Entry Conditions
Entry into the promotion is free.
To enter the raffle, participants must submit the required entry form during the Promotion Period.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified. Entries made by a parent on behalf of a child will be accepted. Multiple children will need to submitted as separate entries.
By entering the raffle, entrants agree to be contacted by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the raffle and notifying winners, as well as any follow up related to the information provided in the entry.
5. Information Collected
Participants will be required to provide the following personal information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Residential Address
This information is collected solely for the administration of the raffle and related communications. Any secondary data obtained through this promotion may be used for market analysis purposes only.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter's website.
6. Prize
The promotion consists of 2 Easter raffle prizes of varying value.
The prize:
- Is not transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be collected in person
Prize collection must occur from the Promoter's office at:

Baulkham Hills NSW 2153
7. Draw Details
The raffle draw will take place on:
Tuesday March 31st 2026
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by:
- Phone
The winner may also be announced publicly via the Promoter's Social Media Accounts.
By entering this promotion, participants consent to the Promoter publishing the winner's first & last name on its social media channels for promotional purposes.
9. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification.
If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to determine a new winner.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any:
- Loss
- Damage
- Personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues affecting entry submission
- Incorrect contact details supplied by entrants
11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:
- Submits multiple entries
- Provides false or misleading information
- Tampers with the entry process
- Acts in a manner deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate
12. Promotion Changes
If for any reason the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.
13. Privacy
By entering the raffle, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Promoter's website.
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
