1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Manor Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 610 846 903) trading as Manor Real Estate, located at Shop 34/375–383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDST) on Saturday 15th of May 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to:
- Residents of New South Wales, Australia
- Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
- Children under the age of 18 with parental consent
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, as well as any agencies associated with this promotion, may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the Promoter.
4. Entry Conditions
Entry into the promotion is subject to making a donation during the Promotion Period to either The Manor Team donation page or any individual Manor staff member's donation page. There is no minimum donation amount required to enter.
Each eligible donation will receive one (1) entry per person into the draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.
By entering the draw, entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, notifying winners, and conducting any necessary follow-up related to the information provided in connection with the entry.
5. Information Collected
No personal information is collected directly by the Promoter as part of entry into the draw.
Any information provided through third-party donation platforms will be handled in accordance with the applicable platform's privacy policy and terms of use.
6. Prize
The promotion prize consists of one (1) $200 gift card.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Prize collection and delivery arrangements will be determined between the Promoter and the winner and may include in-person collection, electronic delivery, or another mutually agreed method.
By entering the draw, entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoter via social media or other contact methods provided for the purposes of winner notification and prize coordination.
7. Draw Details
The draw will take place on:
Sunday 16th of May 2026
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter using the contact details available, which may include phone, email, social media, or other reasonable means of communication.
The winner will also be announced publicly on the Promoter's social media channels. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the publication of their name for the purposes of announcing the draw outcome.
9. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within three (3) business days of public announcement.
If the selected winner cannot be identified or contacted, or does not make themselves known to the Promoter within three (3) business days of the announcement, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the equivalent prize value will instead be donated directly to the Cancer Council NSW.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any:
- Loss
- Damage
- Personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues affecting entry submission
- Incorrect contact details supplied by entrants
11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Tampers with the entry process
- Acts in a manner deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate
12. Promotion Changes
If for any reason the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.
13. Privacy
By entering the draw, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Promoter's website.
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
