Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Manor Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 610 846 903) trading as Manor Real Estate ("Promoter"), located at Shop 34/375–383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.

2. Promotion Period

The Manor Real Estate Community Grant ("Promotion") commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 16 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia aged 18 years or over.

Eligible nominations must be for a not-for-profit:

  • Community group
  • Sporting club
  • School
  • Registered charity
  • Volunteer organisation; or
  • Community organisation

that primarily operates within one of the following Local Government Areas:

  • The Hills Shire Council
  • Blacktown City Council
  • Hawkesbury City Council
  • City of Parramatta
  • Hornsby Shire Council
  • Cumberland City Council

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and any agencies directly associated with the administration of this Promotion may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter's sole discretion.

Individuals may nominate an organisation they are affiliated with or their own organisation, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

 

4. How to Enter

Entry is free.

To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow Manor Real Estate on Instagram of Facebook
  • Comment on the official promotional post published by Manor Real Estate;
  • Tag one (1) eligible organisation; and
  • Tell us why they believe that organisation deserves to receive the Community Grant.

Only the first eligible comment about one (1) group submitted by each participant will constitute an entry into the Promotion.

Any subsequent comments made by the same participant about the same group will not be counted as additional entries.

The same participant may comment more than once, but each comment must be about a different group.

Sharing the promotional post does not constitute an entry or provide additional entries. Participants are encouraged to share the Promotion with friends, family and local community members, who may each submit their own eligible entry.

Incomplete, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate entries may be removed and deemed invalid at the Promoter's sole discretion.

 

5. Random Draw

This Promotion is a game of chance.

The Selected Recipient will be determined by a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026.

The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any nominated organisation.

The Promoter may request information or documentation including, but not limited to:

  • Proof of identity of the entrant;
  • Confirmation that the nominated organisation operates within an eligible Local Government Area;
  • Evidence that the organisation is a legitimate community group, sporting club, school, charity, volunteer organisation or community organisation; and
  • Any other information reasonably required to administer the Promotion.

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in the entry being deemed invalid.

 

7. Community Grant

One (1) Community Grant valued at AUD $1,000 will be awarded.

The grant will be provided directly to the Selected Recipient and is to be used for the benefit of the organisation and its community.

The method of payment will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the Selected Recipient, having regard to the most appropriate and practical method of transferring the funds.

The Community Grant:

  • is not transferable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash by the nominating entrant;
  • cannot be substituted for another prize or benefit; and
  • must be used for the benefit of the Selected Recipient and its community.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence that the Community Grant has been used for community purposes.

 

8. Notification & Announcement

The entrant who submitted the successful nomination and the Selected Recipient will be contacted using the details available to the Promoter, which may include:

  • Direct Message via the social media platform used to enter;
  • Email; or
  • Telephone.
  • The Selected Recipient will be publicly announced within five (5) business days of the draw via Manor Real Estate's official social media channels.

 

9. Acceptance of the Community Grant

The Selected Recipient must accept the Community Grant within seven (7) days of notification.

Acceptance of the Community Grant constitutes consent for the Promoter to use the Selected Recipient's:

organisation name;

  • logo;
  • photographs;
  • video footage; and
  • other relevant identifiers

for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including on the Promoter's website, social media channels and other marketing materials, without further compensation.

If the Selected Recipient declines the Community Grant, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to determine another Selected Recipient.

 

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits false or misleading information;
  • attempts to submit multiple entries contrary to these Terms & Conditions;
  • tampers with the entry process;
  • engages in fraudulent, misleading or unlawful conduct;
  • submits offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content; or
  • otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility and disqualification is final.

 

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, expense or personal injury suffered or incurred in connection with:

  • participation in the Promotion;
  • acceptance or use of the Community Grant; or
  • any technical failure, interruption or error affecting the Promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • late, lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
  • technical failures of social media platforms or internet services;
  • incorrect or incomplete contact details supplied by entrants; or
  • any circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

 

12. Changes to the Promotion

If this Promotion cannot proceed as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion.

 

13. Privacy

By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting entrants, verifying eligibility and announcing the Selected Recipient.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

 

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
