Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this raffle is Manor Property Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 610 846 903) trading as Manor Real Estate, located at Shop 34/375–383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDST) on Sunday July 26th 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Residents of New South Wales, Australia aged 18 years or older.

Eligible nominees must be:

  • A not-for-profit community group, sporting club, school, charity, or community organisation operating within Greater Sydney.

 

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and any agencies associated with this promotion may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter's discretion.

 

4. Entry Conditions

Entry is free.

To enter, participants must:

- Like the promotional post.

- Follow Manor Real Estate on the platform where they enter.

- Tag a local club, school or community group in the comments.

- Share, in the comment sections, why they believe the nominated organisation deserves to receive the Community Grant.

For the purposes of this promotion, "the promotional post" refers to the posts published on @manorrealestate.syd (Instagram) or @manorrealestatesydney (Facebook) on Monday July 6th 2026.

Participants may submit multiple nominations provided each nomination is for a different eligible organisation.

Entries that are incomplete, offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate may be removed and deemed invalid.

 

5. Judging

Eligible nominations will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:

  • the positive impact the organisation has within its community;
  • the merit and authenticity of the nomination;
  • the demonstrated need or benefit the Community Grant would provide; and
  • the overall quality of the submission.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Information Collected

Participants may be required to provide the following personal information:

  • Full Name
  • Full Name of the nominated club, school or community group
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

This information is collected solely for the administration of the raffle and related communications. Any secondary data obtained through this promotion may be used for market analysis purposes only.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter's website.

 

7. Prize

One (1) Community Grant valued at AUD $1,000 will be awarded.

The grant will be paid directly to the winning community organisation, school, club or charity.

The grant:

  • is not transferable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash by the nominating entrant;
  • must be used for the benefit of the nominated organisation and its community.

If the nominated organisation is unable or unwilling to accept the grant, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible recipient.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that the grant has been used for community purposes.

 

8. Winner Selection & Notification​​​​​​​

The winning organisation will be selected on Monday 27th of July 2026.

The nominating entrant and/or the nominated organisation will be notified via:

  • Phone;
  • Email;
  • Direct Message on the platform used to enter.

The winner may also be announced on the Promoter's social media channels.

By entering, entrants and representatives of the nominated organisation consent to the publication of their names, photographs, organisation name and story for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

9. Prize Acceptance

The winning organisation must accept the grant within seven (7) days of notification.

If the grant is not accepted within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the grant to another eligible nominee.

 

 

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any:

  • Loss
  • Damage
  • Personal injury

suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues affecting entry submission
  • Incorrect contact details supplied by entrants

 

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits multiple entries
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Acts in a manner deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate

 

12. Promotion Changes

If for any reason the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.

 

13. Privacy

By entering the raffle, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Promoter's website.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

 

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
