My inspiration for building this display home was to provide our valued clients with the opportunity to experience the JMJ Homes difference for themselves. The front facade is key to making the all important first impression of your new home. The architectural design and choice of materials should compliment each other, building street presence and wow-factor.
For the Planche, we have used a combination of industrial grade James Hardie Axon cladding and concrete-finish render to create a unique, textural design that stands out among you neighbours. The floor to ceiling commercial grade windows, and use of cedar timber for the front and garage doors provide a refined natural finish to the overall look.
As you step inside this display home, you will immediately notice the large open-plan living design. Our voids are fitted with Velux skylights, allowing an abundance of natural light to flow throughout the entire home. Luxurious finishes have been utilised throughout, from European-designed tiles, quality tap ware and black-butt timber vanities in our bathroom to Hanstone bench-tops and fisher and pikel appliances in the kitchen and butler's pantry.
